On 26 October 2001 the Epci Board of Directors decided to close down the Epci Institute. As a consequence the EPPE programs will no longer be offered.

THE NEW EPCI

The Annual General Meeting 18 December 2001 unanimously approved the new statutes, and new members were elected to the board:

* one member from the Stavanger University College (Universitetet i Stavanger - UiS)
* one member from the IRIS research
* one member from the Norwegian School of Management (Handelshøyskolen BI Stavanger)
* one member from the Rogaland County Council (Rogaland Fylkeskommune)
* two members from the industrial founders of Epci

All members are elected for two years.

Purpose

The new Epci foundation offers scholarships and may be present in seminars, courses and other educational programs within contract and project management. In addition Epci may offer contribution to research and development programs related to project and contract management.

Who may apply

All scholarship holders or researchers on PhD/postdoc level related to Epci’s focus areas and all persons or groups wanting to finance or partly finance projects within the related themes or their personal scholarship program (eg. studies abroad). Applicants or projects must have a connection to the Rogaland region.

Applications covering subjects which can contribute to build competence for the Stavanger University College, the Rogaland Research or the Norwegian School of Management will be prioritised.

Deadline for application: August 01 and February 01

The scholarship will be awarded medio May 2005 at the University Conference.
